Product Owner
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of complex Business Central and cross-platform mobile solutions, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage backlog health, align cross-functional teams, and engage with customers to validate requirements and improve product outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Shape domain direction using market signals, customer insights, and competitor analysis to propose strategic product bets
- Own backlog health by prioritizing work and ensuring items are sprint-ready with clear scope and acceptance criteria
- Align Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams on priorities and customer commitments for consistent execution
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience owning a B2B software product area or product backlog
- Strong capability in customer discovery, competitive analysis, and backlog management
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is strongly preferred
