Product Owner
Job Summary
To support a pioneering team in building software for the industrial equipment and commercial field service industry, the full-time remote Product Owner will lead the design, development, testing, and support of Business Central and cross-platform mobile solutions while ensuring alignment across teams and prioritizing backlog health.
Key responsibilities
- Shape domain direction using market signals, customer insights, and competitor analysis to propose strategic product bets and positioning updates
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring items are sprint-ready with clear scope and acceptance criteria
- Engage with users and customers to validate problems and incorporate findings into product requirements and priorities
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience owning a B2B software product area or product backlog
- Strong capability in customer discovery, competitive analysis, and backlog management
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with rental, service, field-service, or industrial-asset workflows
