Product Owner
Job Summary
Guiding product priorities for a mission-critical application modernization program, the full-time Product Owner will manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and ensure Agile development aligns with customer needs in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables
- Lead user engagement to gather feedback and translate findings into prioritized backlog items
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis supporting enterprise web applications
- Experience in Agile software development delivering solutions to federal government customers
- Demonstrated experience conducting usability sessions and translating findings into product enhancements
- U.S. citizenship required; eligibility for DoW security clearance
- Active Secret security clearance is strongly preferred
