Job Summary
Driving the transformation of claim intake processes, the full-time remote Product Owner will lead the development of an AI-powered, omnichannel product, overseeing the product vision, roadmap, and delivery while managing stakeholder communication and agile execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for claim intake, driving modernization initiatives
- Lead the design and delivery of conversational intake experiences and intelligent triage systems
- Manage the product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution, ensuring alignment across business and technology stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of related product development experience
