Product Owner

Job Summary

To support the mission of saving lives through cellular therapy, the full-time salaried Product Owner will define product direction, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Management team to set development priorities and manage the portfolio backlog
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and validate customer needs and translates them into actionable user stories
• Drives planning and release activities, ensuring clear expectations for delivery timelines and maintaining transparency across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Two years of previous experience as a product owner or in a related role
• Four years of experience defining and prioritizing requirements in an Agile environment
• Ability to work within Scrum and other Agile methodologies effectively
• Strong personal work ethic with a commitment to quality and continual improvement
