Job Summary
To support the development of AI-centered features in the education and certification industry, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage and prioritize the team backlog, collaborate with engineering and AI teams, and shape the product roadmap based on user research and feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the team backlog by writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and represent the team in PI Planning
- Collaborate daily with engineering and AI science teams to deliver features in lean, iterative increments
- Work with education and certification experts to translate their needs into AI-powered features while ensuring mutual understanding of trade-offs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business/Product Analyst in an Agile team
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and an interest in applying AI to real-world problems
- Familiarity with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, with a basic understanding of software development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
