Job Summary
Bridging business objectives and technology solutions, the remote full-time Product Owner / Lead System Analyst will manage the product backlog, gather and analyze requirements, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog while translating business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and customer experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ to 12+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Lifecycle Management
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
