Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage complex projects, provide guidance on product design and implementation, and ensure alignment with business priorities while overseeing the product backlog and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet user and business needs
- Track product team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage project risks and dependencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology from an accredited institution
- Ten years of professional experience as a Product Owner managing complex systems and workflows
- Experience leading and developing teams while managing project risks and escalating issues as necessary
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum
- Proficiency in MS project management tools and MS Office applications
