Job Summary
Accountable for delivering value within a Go Outdoors delivery team, the full-time salaried Product Owner will manage backlog prioritization, product definition, and AI-enabled analysis while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the team backlog, deciding on work to pursue, defer, or decline
- Define product requirements and acceptance criteria through collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Lead discovery and research efforts, utilizing user data and direct feedback to inform product planning
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience with backlog maintenance and defining requirements
- Familiarity with prioritization techniques and acceptance criteria development
- Regular use of AI tools for drafting and analyzing product requirements
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or a similar work management tool
