Product Owner, 9-12 ELA

Job Summary

To shape innovative educational solutions, the remote Product Owner for 9-12 ELA will lead the development of digital and print English Language Arts products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a clear product vision and prioritize the backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Secondary Literacy curriculum
• Create and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria, while engaging with Agile development teams
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in literacy solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Curriculum Design, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on Agile teams
• Familiarity with print and digital curriculum design and educational standards for High School Grades 6-12
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve literacy outcomes
