Job Summary
Driving the vision and delivery of academic operations solutions, the full-time remote Product Owner, Academic Operations will manage the product backlog, translate institutional needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in higher education.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
- Translate customer feedback and institutional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis within SaaS or enterprise software
