Job Summary
Leading agile product delivery for the Veterans Evaluation Services team, the full-time remote Lead Specialist - Product Owner will manage sprint execution, oversee backlog management, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and change impact analysis while managing backlogs and investigating issues
- Guide agile teams on sprint deliverables and implement process improvements
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and tasks, while leading release activities and acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Preferred hands-on experience with DBQ-related workflows and VES OMS system
- Prior experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with IT and business leaders
