Product Owner / Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support innovative environmental solutions, the full-time remote Product Owner / Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance workflow and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and testable acceptance criteria
- Utilize Salesforce platform expertise to map workflows and support solution validation
- Lead workshops and user interviews to refine solution design and ensure usability and compliance
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role delivering Salesforce solutions
- Experience with environmental regulatory permitting and compliance processes for federal and state programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud platforms
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and translating needs into technical specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
