Product Owner, Claim Intake
Job Summary
Owning the product vision and roadmap for claim intake modernization, the full-time remote Product Owner, Claim Intake will lead the transformation of the claim intake ecosystem into a digital, AI-powered, omnichannel product, focusing on design and delivery of intelligent systems and user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered conversational intake experiences
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and design current and future-state intake workflows
- Manage the product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution while providing real-time direction to development teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Seven years of related product development experience
- Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or conversational interfaces
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and decisioning systems
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in product development
