Product Owner - Core Banking

Job Summary

Serving as the primary business owner of the Bank's core banking system and ancillary products, the full-time Product Owner - Core Banking will manage product strategy, oversee backlog and requirement management, and ensure successful implementation of solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business users to ensure timely and high-quality release of new features and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in banking operations, technology, or product management
• Familiarity with core banking systems such as Fiserv and ancillary products
• Experience with dashboard reporting applications and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
