Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategic priorities, the full-time Product Owner - Insurance Industry will manage application development tasks, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, and oversee cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product vision, roadmap, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Lead large-scale healthcare transformation programs, managing project scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and facilitate strategic discussions among diverse stakeholder groups

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment
• 8+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
• 2+ years of consulting industry experience with strong relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
