Product Owner, Integrated Payables

Job Summary

To drive the development of Zact's accounts payable and business payments product, the full-time Product Owner, Integrated Payables will manage the product backlog, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of features while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Payables product backlog, translating business needs into user stories and managing core capabilities like invoice capture and payment execution
• Attend sprint calls and coordinate end-to-end delivery of features, managing dependencies and ensuring high-quality releases
• Collaborate with the Bank Delivery team to prioritize backlog items based on bank requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a proven ability to write user stories and manage backlogs
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and B2B payment rails, including virtual cards and ACH
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on APIs and system design
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
