Job Summary
Owning the business and functional requirements for custom LMS and LCMS platforms, the full-time remote Product Owner LMS/LCMS will manage learner and admin workflows, course delivery, compliance reporting, and platform modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate LMS/LCMS business outcomes into clear business and functional requirements
- Define workflows for course delivery, assignments, completions, certificates, and reporting
- Support demos, UAT, migration readiness, and validation of LMS/LCMS functionality
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years in product ownership, learning platforms, or business analysis
- 4+ years working with LMS, LCMS, or similar workflow-heavy platforms
- 3+ years creating business and functional requirements for custom LMS/LCMS systems
- 2+ years working with complex cross-system dependencies
- Experience with custom LMS or enterprise LMS preferred
