Product Owner - ServiceNow
Job Summary
Driving product vision and agile team leadership, the remote long-term contract Product Owner - ServiceNow will focus on expanding the ServiceNow platform and integrating AI solutions to deliver business value.
Key responsibilities
- Set and communicate a compelling product vision to teams and stakeholders
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business goals and stakeholder needs
- Lead business and technical teams through the agile development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and architecture-aligned
Required qualifications
- 4+ years as a Product Owner, with at least 2+ years in a ServiceNow product owner role within an agile (scrum) environment
- Proven experience in ServiceNow environments (HRSD, Knowledge Management, additional ServiceNow modules)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint
- Strong leadership in agile settings: facilitating ceremonies, backlog management, writing user stories, and release planning
- Expert collaborator across design, product, and technology teams
