Job Summary
To support a growing product line, the full-time salaried Product Owner, State Licensed will manage features and product areas for both cloud-based and on-premises software, collaborating with dental practices and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with dental practices to gather feedback and translate insights into product decisions
- Own and prioritize the scrum team's backlog, focusing on high-value work through data-driven approaches
- Lead sprint planning and user acceptance testing, ensuring clear communication of project goals and requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in software product ownership or management
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including writing user stories
- Experience with SaaS and/or on-premises software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the dental or healthcare software industry
