Product Owner / System Analyst
Job Summary
To bridge business objectives and technology solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment, the remote full-time Product Owner / Lead System Analyst will manage product backlogs, gather and analyze requirements, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, owning and prioritizing the product backlog
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Lifecycle Management
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
