Job Summary
Leading the Product Owner Team, the full-time remote Product Owner Team Manager (Business Operations Manager 1) will leverage advanced product management knowledge to oversee product lines and ensure program support for the retirement system.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Product Owner Team to provide an enterprise view of all product lines
- Ensure specific programs align with the agency's mission and operational goals
- Implement product management processes and methodologies to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; or two years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of product management processes and methodologies
- Agile/SCRUM certification; PMP preferred
- 3-5 years of product owner experience preferred
- Experience with user acceptance testing and waterfall methodology
