Product Owner, Workday Adaptive Planning

Job Summary

Co-owning the product vision and roadmap, the full-time Product Owner, Workday Adaptive Planning will manage workforce planning capabilities, including integrations, security, and reporting, while collaborating closely with business leaders to enhance strategic workforce planning in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the vision and multi-year roadmap for Strategic Workforce Planning, evolving capabilities from headcount/budget planning to scenario-based planning
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring accurate data flows and security configurations
• Lead the backlog management and hands-on build for Adaptive Planning models, coordinating with stakeholders for data quality and integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in HR or Finance technology, with strong exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM
• Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and security configurations
• Experience in building reports and dashboards using Adaptive Discovery Boards, OfficeConnect, or Workday reporting tools
• Understanding of workforce planning concepts, including headcount and budget planning, and org design/scenario modeling
