Product Owner, Workday ERP
Job Summary
Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Workday and related ERP capabilities, the full-time Product Owner, Workday ERP will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to enhance operational effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy and operational priorities
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and release priorities to guide delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement across Workday modules and ERP processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration concepts and release management
- Experience in Agile delivery environments with a focus on backlog management and sprint planning
- Ability to translate strategic objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements
