Product Owner, Workday ERP
Job Summary
Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Workday and related ERP capabilities, the full-time Product Owner, Workday ERP will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog, aligning with organizational strategy and operational priorities
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration and reporting
- Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog management and sprint planning responsibilities
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and delivery priorities
