Job Summary
Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Workday and related ERP capabilities, the full-time Product Owner, Workday ERP will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog to align with organizational strategy and operational priorities
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for delivery teams
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to identify opportunities and optimize end-to-end business processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration concepts and reporting
- Experience in Agile environments with responsibilities for backlog management and sprint planning
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements
