Product Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Product Partnerships Manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships for Shopify Shipping, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and optimize the merchant experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics ecosystem to inform partnership strategy and product roadmap
• Build and expand relationships with notable logistics companies, engaging them in product updates and business reviews
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define success metrics and negotiate partnership agreements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building and managing product partnerships, particularly in shipping or logistics
• Proven ability to work effectively in a product-driven organization and influence product direction
• Experience negotiating complex agreements in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in developing first-party products with strategic partners
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various functions, maintaining accountability
