Product Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Driving the success of strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Product Partnerships Manager will manage relationships with logistics companies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the Shopify Shipping experience for merchants.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics ecosystem to inform partnership strategy and product roadmap
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define success milestones and growth targets for partnerships
• Negotiate agreements and renewals while ensuring operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across various projects

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building and managing product partnerships, particularly in shipping or logistics
• Proven ability to work effectively in a product-driven organization and contribute to product roadmaps
• Demonstrated self-starter mentality with a track record of initiating and driving projects
• Experience negotiating in complex environments to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, while maintaining accountability
