Job Summary

To support a growing product organization, the full-time remote Product Program Management Director will manage operating rhythms, oversee launch and release processes, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and market readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Operationalize product charters and manage decision-making processes across product lines
• Design and orchestrate the end-to-end launch and release management process, ensuring alignment across teams
• Establish product operations discipline through data instrumentation, reporting, and insights for informed decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, focusing on product operations or technical program management
• Proven experience in cross-functional launch and release management
• Experience managing dependencies within a multi-product or platform portfolio
• Fluency with product operations tools and data analytics
• Exceptional organizational skills and systems-thinking abilities
