Product Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time remote Product Quality Analyst II will create and execute test cases for web applications, Web APIs, and Batch applications, while documenting defects and collaborating with software engineers and business analysts.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements
- Document defects and monitor bug tracking systems to ensure quality assurance
- Collaborate with software engineers and business analysts to improve testing processes and solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in Manual or Automated Testing
- Proven ability to identify software issues and collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Previous exposure to user interface development or billing/payroll modules is helpful
- Knowledge of Gherkin test format and quality assurance methodologies
