Product Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for testing web applications, Web APIs, and Batch applications, the full-time remote Product Quality Analyst I will create and execute manual and automated test cases, document defects, and collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases for web applications and APIs, documenting defects thoroughly
- Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to ensure quality assurance methodologies are followed
- Monitor defect tracking systems and manage bug tracking effectively
Required qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in Manual or Automated Testing
- Knowledge of Gherkin test format
- Previous exposure to user interface development or billing/payroll modules is helpful
- Highly motivated and innovative self-directed thinker eager to stay updated with current trends
