Product Quality Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Quality Director - Synthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and manage complex deliverables for product development teams
• Provide scientific oversight for product quality, including regulatory filings, stability programs, and GMP documentation
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment with quality management systems and regulatory expectations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Doctorate Degree & 4 years, Master's Degree & 7 years, or Bachelor's Degree & 9 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in quality, analytical development, or manufacturing
• 6+ years working in a regulated environment (direct GMP experience)
• 1+ years of experience with regulatory documentation and non-conformance investigations
