Job Summary
To uncover insights that enhance product development and business expansion, the full-time remote Product Researcher will manage research studies, maintain a subject matter expert advisor pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and curriculum decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize various research studies, including usability testing and market exploration
- Design and improve research operations, ensuring efficient processes and organized findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate research insights into actionable product and curriculum enhancements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in research or insights roles, such as user research or consulting
- Proven ability to synthesize research into actionable insights for decision-making
- Experience with research operations, including managing research repositories and tools
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- (Bonus) Knowledge of the financial services industry or experience with frontline workers
