Product Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Product Enablement team, the full-time Product Risk Program Manager will manage complex risk reviews for product launches, collaborating with product and engineering teams while ensuring compliance and optimizing processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the early product development support process to enhance the Risk Review experience for Product Groups
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues and remediating pain points as necessary
• Establish and maintain coordinated relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and continuous improvement of the review process

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences to ensure shared understanding
• Demonstrated success in influencing across functions and gaining buy-in without formal authority
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
