Product Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

To support risk management initiatives, the full-time Product Risk Program Manager will manage the triage and escalation processes for novel product risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex assessments into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the triage and escalation process for product risks that are novel, ambiguous, or policy-challenging
• Coordinate across Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to ensure high-risk reviews are addressed effectively
• Facilitate decision-making through risk-based frameworks while ensuring documentation and transparency in escalations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure projects involving multiple stakeholders and functions
• Experience assessing and triaging novel product risks without established policies or precedents
• Familiarity with data flows and technical systems related to product risks and mitigations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
