Product Security Lead

Job Summary

Driving Acronis' global product security strategy, the full-time Product Security Lead will oversee product security governance, secure development practices, and vulnerability management while collaborating with R&D, Product, and Security leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product assurance program and define product security strategy, policies, and secure development lifecycle requirements
• Conduct gap analysis of the Product Security toolchain and manage vendor relationships for security tooling
• Oversee the end-to-end vulnerability management process and lead the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) function

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in information security, with at least 6-8 years in product security or application security
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, and other security tooling in CI/CD environments
• Proven experience leading vulnerability management programs and incident response efforts for critical product vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and HIPAA
• Ability to develop long-term product security strategies aligned with business goals
