Product Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support high-value B2B and B2G customers, the full-time Product Solutions Architect will design blended learning strategies, provide consultative product expertise during the sales process, and contribute to the development and delivery of scalable products, working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Metro NYC area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to identify learning objectives and develop tailored proposals that address specific enterprise pain points
• Design engaging and outcomes-driven learning programs, collaborating with content development teams and incorporating client feedback
• Establish consultative relationships with client stakeholders, sharing best practices and ensuring successful program deployment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and consulting or client interaction
• Strong competency in at least one core discipline (Tech/Data) and familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
• Background in a client-facing role with experience in managing stakeholder relationships
• Commercial orientation with experience in pre-sales environments and developing long-term partnerships
• Experience in designing in-person learning experiences and conducting needs analyses
