Product Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support high-value B2B and B2G customers, the full-time remote Product Solutions Architect will design blended learning strategies, provide consultative product expertise during the sales process, and contribute to the development and delivery of scalable products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales support by understanding client needs and developing tailored proposals to achieve their objectives
- Guide clients through program content design and execution, ensuring innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights and feedback that enhance product offerings and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and consulting or client interaction
- Strong competency in at least one core discipline (Tech/Data) with the ability to engage in complex discussions across other areas
- Experience in a client-facing role, managing stakeholder relationships and influencing executive audiences
- Proficiency in designing in-person learning experiences and conducting needs analyses
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
