Product Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and product utilization, the remote, permanent Product Specialist will provide exceptional service and education to customers and dealers regarding agricultural products and technology offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers and dealers in optimizing product performance and efficiency while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with peers and the dealer network to improve customer satisfaction and execute product demonstrations
- Assist dealers with customer visits to build relationships, gather VOC information, and qualify leads
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support within the agricultural industry
- Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products in the agricultural sector
- High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, finance, business administration, or related fields
- 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- 1+ years of experience with agricultural or industrial equipment and strong agronomy knowledge
