Product Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Product Specialist will be responsible for showcasing and promoting products through live demonstrations, maintaining expert-level knowledge of offerings, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer solution presentations and sales engagements, translating complex clinical concepts into customer-focused solutions
- Assist in configuring and maintaining demonstration environments while collaborating on troubleshooting workflow and integration issues
- Serve as a clinical resource for radiology workflows, identifying challenges and improvement opportunities in collaboration with clinical and technical teams
Required qualifications
- Clinical radiology experience with knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems, including PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, and related clinical systems
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, and interoperability concepts
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adapting to evolving technologies
