Product Specialist - Alberta

Job Summary

To support customers and dealers in maximizing their experience with agricultural products and technology, the full-time remote Product Specialist - Southern Alberta will provide exceptional customer service, execute product training and demonstrations, and build relationships within the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers and dealers to optimize product performance and enhance the customer experience
• Execute training and educational sessions on products and technology offerings
• Assist with product demonstrations and coordinate customer-oriented events such as clinics and farm shows

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, marketing, engineering, finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support
• Hands-on experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of ag technology products
• Experience with dealer-based sales channels and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
• Strong agronomy knowledge and communication skills, with experience in agricultural or industrial equipment preferred
