Product Specialist - Chemical Feed

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Specialist - Chemical Feed will provide technical expertise, sales support, and training related to chemical feed and laboratory equipment while collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance customer relationships and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for chemical feed and laboratory equipment, addressing inquiries from customers and sales associates
• Provide training on product operation, application, and troubleshooting to internal and external customers
• Maintain product category information, including specifications and pricing, while contributing to the development of marketing materials

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MRO, utility, waterworks, or related industries
• Experience with chemical feed systems or laboratory equipment preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot product issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting using Excel
• Willingness to travel 10% to 15% of the time for trade shows and training events
