Product Specialist - Pensions

Job Summary

Acting as the internal market domain expert, the full-time remote Product Specialist - Pensions will support Product Management, Sales, and Project Management teams by providing deep product, market, and regulatory knowledge to ensure successful product positioning, implementation, and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Product Teams on legislative and regulatory requirements, emerging customer needs, and market drivers
• Support Sales with product capabilities and use cases to enhance pre-sales activities and commercial discussions
• Collaborate with Project Management to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes through product expertise

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Associate Product Manager, or Solutions Consultant in a software or technology environment
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and how products are sold, delivered, and supported
• Experience working closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support teams in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach
