Product Strategist - Disability

Job Summary

Focusing on problem-solving and value creation, the full-time remote Product Strategist - Disability will lead the identification of customer needs, design data-driven solutions, and oversee business process reengineering to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead problem identification and solution design by defining customer personas and articulating value propositions
• Create data-driven solutions by analyzing trends and designing processes that improve customer and operational outcomes
• Oversee business process reengineering using data, AI, and APIs to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Owner or similar experience focused on problem-solving and solution design
• Knowledge of disability, absence (STD/LTD), or insurance operations
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and develop solutions independently
• Experience defining customer personas, problem statements, and value propositions
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain problems, solutions, and value
