Job Summary

As Product Strategy Operations Lead, the full-time remote position will drive strategic and operational initiatives for the Google Cloud Security product line, managing cross-functional operations, overseeing budget allocations, and crafting executive communications.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the operational framework for Google Cloud Security products, ensuring smooth operations across teams
• Manage project budgets, including allocation and approval processes, utilizing Google finance systems
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or program management within a high-growth technology or cloud organization
• Experience managing executive-level communications and operational frameworks
• Proven track record in managing operational budgets and vendor procurement
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional leaders
