Product Strategy Senior Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Product Strategy Senior Manager, the successful candidate will shape the product strategy for Connected Customer Experience (CCx) digital customer experiences, translating customer insights and market trends into strategic direction and aligned roadmaps while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year product strategy for CCx digital experiences, integrating customer feedback and market insights
• Shape strategy and content for customer forums and executive briefings to inform product direction
• Run competitive and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product strategy or product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Deep understanding of digital customer experience and AI-driven customer engagement
• Proven track record of authoring strategy documents and executive presentations that drove investment decisions
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage with customers and senior executives
