Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Product UX Designer will create intuitive, scalable interaction models for complex, multi-step platform workflows while collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate end-to-end interaction and visual design solutions for complex enterprise workflows
- Translate business requirements and user needs into scalable and intuitive product solutions
- Build lightweight interactive prototypes to validate interaction flows with cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-5 years of professional product UX design experience
- Mandatory portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of engineering-implemented digital products
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals, with a focus on problem-solving and accessibility
- High proficiency in Figma for generating production-ready design assets
- Proven track record of collaboration with product management and engineering teams through to production release
