Production Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Production Analyst will process and convert files to image formats, ensure data quality, and mentor junior team members while adhering to project timelines and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage job queues and assess project requirements to ensure timely production
• Perform quality checks on data and deliverables, ensuring compliance with client specifications
• Train junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with litigation support applications such as Relativity and iPro eCapture
• Experience with scripting or coding languages like PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office/MS365
