Production Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analytical backbone of soil production, the full-time remote Production Analyst will manage the master production schedule, maintain real-time inventory visibility, and identify supply risks to support significant retail growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master production schedule across all soil contract manufacturing sites, aligning production with demand and inventory targets
• Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and manage end-of-month inventory verification to prevent discrepancies
• Analyze production and supply data to identify cost savings and process inefficiencies while developing performance dashboards for key metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, operations analysis, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and scenario modeling
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical instincts with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
