Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Production Analyst will process and convert files to image formats, ensure quality control of produced data, and mentor junior team members while adhering to client specifications and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Process and convert files to image formats, ensuring quality and compliance with client specifications
- Participate in project assessments and make recommendations for workflows and technical requirements
- Train and mentor junior team members on department processes and assist with troubleshooting deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with litigation support applications such as Relativity and iPro eCapture
- Knowledge of scripting or coding languages such as PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office/MS365 skills
